These terms govern your use of bajit and all associated services. Creating an account confirms you have read and agreed to these terms in full.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajit ("bajit", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bajit platform available at bajit.vip, including all games, betting markets, financial services, promotions, and customer support offered therein. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
bajit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Accounts confirmed as belonging to players under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance returned in accordance with these Terms.
- One Account Per Person:Each player may hold only one active bajit account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, bajit reserves the right to close all but the original account, void associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings generated through duplicate accounts.
- Accurate Registration Information:You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Any material change to your registration details must be updated promptly by contacting bajit support. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- KYC Verification:bajit operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including a national ID, passport, or equivalent government-issued document — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at bajit's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms
All financial transactions on bajit are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajit does not process transactions in foreign currencies. The following payment terms apply to all player accounts.
- Minimum Deposit:The minimum deposit is ৳50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited. bajit reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
- Accepted Payment Methods:bajit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa and Mastercard, subject to availability. bajit does not accept deposits from payment accounts not registered in the player's own name.
- Withdrawal Processing:Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 5 minutes for amounts up to ৳50,000. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification. bajit may apply processing windows outside standard operating hours.
- Withdrawal Verification:All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bajit support following a formal request. bajit reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Chargebacks and Reversals:Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in connection with any bajit transaction is strictly prohibited. If a player initiates a chargeback, bajit reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, void all associated bonuses and winnings, and pursue recovery of funds through available legal channels.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
bajit may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated when the promotion is offered.
- Wagering Requirements:All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) which must be met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated clearly when the promotion is offered. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

- Bonus Abuse:bajit reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse is suspected. This includes wagering patterns that exploit bonus terms, collusion between players, use of automated betting software, or any other conduct bajit reasonably determines to constitute abuse of the promotional system.
5. Gameplay and Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all wagering activity on bajit, including sports betting, casino games, crash games, and all other game formats available on the platform.
- Bets Are Final:Once a bet is confirmed by the system it cannot be cancelled, amended, or voided by the player except in circumstances explicitly permitted by the relevant game rules. Technical issues on the player's device or network do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.
- Stake Limits:Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets on bajit. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change. bajit may apply individual account stake limits at its discretion, including in connection with responsible gaming measures.
- Malfunction Policy:In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or market, bajit reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated through a verifiable technical error will be voided. bajit's decision on malfunctions is final.
- Suspicious Wagering:bajit actively monitors wagering activity for signs of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, prohibited software use, or other irregular activity. Where suspicious activity is detected, bajit may suspend the relevant account, withhold associated winnings pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required.
6. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection
bajit is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the harms associated with problem gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed through the account dashboard at any time.
- Deposit Limits:Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. bajit encourages all players to set deposit limits when opening an account.
- Self-Exclusion:Players wishing to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion through the account dashboard or by contacting bajit support. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent exclusion are available. During self-exclusion the account is suspended and the player cannot deposit, wager, or receive promotional communications.
- Session Reminders:Players may set session time reminders that display a notification after a defined period of play showing the current session duration and net gaming position. bajit recommends all players use session reminders as a regular part of their gaming routine.

7. Account Security and Prohibited Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bajit account login credentials. bajit will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajit platform.

- Abusive Behaviour:Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at bajit staff or other players via any communication channel is grounds for immediate account closure. bajit reserves the right to retain any balance in a closed account pending investigation where abusive conduct is suspected to have involved financial misconduct.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
bajit collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bajit uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between the player's device and the platform.
bajit does not sell, rent, or transfer player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention partners to the extent necessary to provide the bajit service. Players may request access to their personal data or request account deletion by contacting bajit support.
9. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajit's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the relevant claim. bajit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform.
bajit does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party service disruptions, and circumstances beyond bajit's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services. bajit will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.
Resolving Disputes: Before initiating any formal legal action, players are encouraged to contact bajit support to seek an informal resolution. bajit commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within a reasonable timeframe. 10. Amendments to These Terms
bajit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it could reasonably be expected to affect a player's rights or obligations — bajit will provide at least 7 days' advance notice before the change takes effect, unless the amendment is required by applicable law or urgent operational necessity.
Your continued use of bajit after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact bajit support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any outstanding balance.
